The characters we offer are inspired by fairytales and are not affiliated, licensed or associated with any corporation/trademark

DAMAGES- Company or performer is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the event. Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children in attendance.

If you have booked an outside party, we do require adequate shade and protection from the elements eg. over head coverings if raining to keep performer safe and to ensure our costumes and wigs stay in tip top condition.

PAYMENT INFO- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non refundable. Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the party, before entertainer leaves the event.

In the rare event that the entertainer does not attend function, any balance paid will be refunded in full.

Please be aware, a travel fee may occur depending on the location of your party. Please see our location page for more information. This is something we will discuss with you prior to booking so there will be no surprises or hidden costs.

CANCELLATIONS- Must be made at least 7 days prior to event to receive partial refund.

We are happy to reschedule with at least 24hr notice if birthday child is sick to protect the health of performers and so the child can get the most out of their special day.
